- In-Roc Development has training manuals and procedures for all underground mine development and mine
training.
- Complete assessment and effect repairs of underground mine equipment.
- Weekly equipment maintenance and servicing consisting of power washing, oil changes, filter replacement and cleaning, and inspection of all equipment.
- Implementation of safe drilling, blasting, mucking and rock bolting procedures and techniques to effectively minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize development meter advancement.
- Implement survey and geological control tactics in order to minimize or eliminate waste drill holes and maintain line and grade of all drifts.
