Bill brings to IN-ROC a wealth of education including a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Eric Lachance - Exploration & Mine Geologist

M.Sc. degree in Geology with additional discipline in economic geology. Eric brings to IN-ROC several years of practical experience in underground and field based exploration work in addition to using a variety of computer software, surveying and geophysical instruments all tied to geological and mining methodologies.

Jake Bussieres - Mine Site Construction Superintendent

Jake brings 27 years of industrial and civil construction experience to In-Roc, former general manager of C-TECH Specialty Systems, Jake was involved in design and fabrication of industrial access systems, project management, implementation of safety systems and senior estimator. C.E.O. of Scaffcorp Inc. dealing extensively with INCO and Falconbridge.

Victor Corcoran - Alimak Superintendent

25 years on Alimak Raise Mining and many years as an Alimak trainer. He has spent the last several years in South-east Asia, as well as the United States and Australia. Vic has extensive experience in all aspects of Alimak set-ups and training in remote areas around the world.

Dan Dempsey - Master Mechanic Superintendent

With 25 years experience in the mining industry throughout Canada and South America Dan has held extensive hands-on and supervisory positions in the repair and maintenance of all underground mining equipment.

Michael Holland - Electrical Superintendent

28 years specializing in underground mining electrical, with 12 years in a supervisory capacity. Mike also has 3 years commissioning projects in the electrical mining field.

Jim Patry - Safety Trainer

Jim is a lead hand development miner with 30 years experience as a trainer and supervisor within the mining arena. Jim also has his J.I.T. (Job Instructor Trainer) certificate with Common Core.
