Underground mine training ( hands on) is the only way to address this shortfall, In-Roc Development has training manuals and certified hands on mine trainers.

Mining projects within areas that have work force but no experienced personal will benefit by using our training programs to increase safety, lower cost and increase mine production , hands on experienced mine trainers are the best way to achieve these goals as the class room must be in the work area.
